8th GRADE WASHINGTON D.C. Trip
PARENT INFORMATION NIGHT

Dear 8th Grade Parents,

There will be an informational meeting for parents and students on Monday, September 19, 2022, from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm in the Cawley gymnasium. This year’s 8th grade trip to Washington D.C. is scheduled from Tuesday, April 18 to Friday, April 21, 2022.

The projected cost of the trip is estimated to be over $900.00. At the meeting Principal, Matthew Benson, Washington D.C. Coordinator Lori Adams and owner of Bennett Student Travel, Doug Bennett will provide a detailed overview of the trip and answer any questions.  

Parents can register for the trip and make a deposit of $150.00 anytime between September 19, 2022 and September 30, 2022. No registrations will be accepted after September 30, 2022. The initial deposit of $150.00 and the Registration Form are required to be submitted to Bennett Student Travel by September 30, 2022 in order to secure a spot on the trip.  

 The deposit of $150.00 (checks only) should be made payable to Bennett Student Travel, Inc.
