  • Cawley Middle School Dance Procedures

    Dear Parents/Guardians: Cawley Middle School’s first dance is scheduled for Friday, September 23, 2022 from 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm. Student safety is always a priority at Cawley, therefore we ask that parents and students follow all dance dismissal procedures.   Tickets will not be sold at the door. Students will buy a ticket with a number on it during their lunch period on 9/21, 9/22 and 9/23.   • Pinkerton Bus 16 Update 9/9/22

    Hooksett students who ride Bus 16 to and from Pinkerton Academy will be dismissed at 1:25 pm with the bus departing from Pinkerton Academy at 1:30 pm today, September 9, 2022. The students will be transported and dropped off at their regular afternoon bus stops.   The purpose of this early dismissal is only for Hooksett students who ride Bus 16 from Pinkerton Academy to cover a vacant afternoon bus route for K-8 students in the Hooksett School District.

    On September 26th, 2022 at 6:00 pm., 6th grade parents are invited to attend a preview of a health lesson regarding adolescent changes. The presentation will include the viewing of the DVD, Straight Talk About Puberty for Boys and Girls. Students will view these videos together in health class. The lessons will be presented by Health Education teacher, Derek Clark. The preview will be held in the Media Center at David R. Cawley Middle School, starting  at 6:00 pm.     Due to unforeseen circumstances Pinkerton students who ride Hooksett Bus 1 from Pinkerton Academy will be riding on Hooksett Bus 18 (Patti’s Bus) this afternoon. H1 bus students will be transported to Cawley Middle School where parents can pick up their child.

  • Baseline Concussion Testing (September 30)

    Dear Parents/Guardians: On Friday, September 30th , 2022, Cawley Middle School will be offering ImPACT baseline concussion testing for Cawley Middle School students free of cost. Students must be age 12 or older at the time of testing. ImPACT testing is a computerized exam that measures cognitive functions such as memory, processing speed, and reaction time. This test is used by healthcare professionals to determine your child’s readiness to return to play after a head injury.
