    Dear Parents, As a result of the National 4-H Conference Center being closed until January 2021 and ongoing requirements for social distancing and recommendations from the CDC, a decision has been made to postpone the 8th grade trip to Washington D.C. from October 2020 to April 2021. The new trip dates will be April 20 - 23, 2021 (Tuesday - Friday). This trip is an important part of being an 8th grader at Cawley Middle School and postponing the trip for six months is a viable and sensible option for the health and safety of the students and staff.   • Hooksett School Board Votes to Reopen School

    Dear Hooksett Parents/Guardians, Last evening the Hooksett School Board voted to reopen schools with the option for parents to select in-person learning or full-time remote learning. A survey will be emailed to parents in the next few days to gauge parent interest regarding the options. The Board also voted to change the first day of school for students to Tuesday, September 1, 2020. In conjunction with the in-person learning option, the Board voted to have students in grades 2-8 wear face coverings in school unless they were exempt due to a medical condition.     Dear Parents,  I am excited to announce that the 8th Grade Recognition Evening ceremony will be held at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium, home of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats on August 5, 2020 at 6:00 pm. The rain date would be on August 6, 2020 at the same time.  As of today each family will be allowed four tickets to the event.  Please note the number of tickets per family could be different based on the recommendations for social distancing from the Governor, CDC and guidelines set by the New Hampshire Fisher Cats.  Students should plan on wearing something light and summery. ...
