The Washington D.C. trip is quickly approaching which means that it is time to hold the annual ticket raffle for students interested in the wreath laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery. Any student interested in participating in the honorable ceremony at Arlington may purchase raffle tickets during their lunch. Tickets will be sold for $1 each or eight for $5. Tickets will be on sale starting Wednesday, September 18 and will continue until the end of Wednesday’s lunch on September 25. Dear 8th Grade Parents, On Monday, September 9, there will be a presentation regarding the transition to high schools for parents in the Cawley Cafeteria at 6:30 pm. Students are welcome to accompany their parents. Principal, Matthew Benson will clearly outline the process for selecting a high school. Students must complete the forms in the athletic handbook and bring them to the coach on the first day the team meets.
