  • 6th Grade Adolescent Changes Parent Information Night

    On September 23rd, 2024 at 6:00 pm., 6th grade parents are invited to attend a preview of a health lesson regarding adolescent changes. The presentation will include the viewing of the DVD, Straight Talk About Puberty for Boys and Girls. Students will view these videos together in health class. The lessons will be presented by Health Education teacher, Derek Clark. The preview will be held in the Media Center at David R. Cawley Middle School, starting  at 6:00 pm.   • 2024 Fall Sports Sign Ups:

    Date: August 13, 2024

    In order for your student to participate in a fall sport, you must complete this 2024 Fall Sports Sign Up Form and have a cleared physical on file with the school nurse by 9/3 @ 2:30 p.m.  Tryouts for boys soccer, girls soccer and field hockey are after school Wednesday, 9/4 @ 2:45-4:30. Cross Country practice will begin after school Wednesday, 9/4 @ 2:45-3:45.  Equipment lists will be posted on the after school sports bulletin the first day of school.

  • 8th Grade Trip - Washington D.C.

    There will be an informational meeting for current 8th grade parents and students on Monday, September 16, 2024, from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the Cawley Media Center regarding your student’s trip to Washington D.C. in 8th grade. This year’s trip has been scheduled from Tuesday, April 22 to Friday, April 25, 2025. At the meeting the Cawley Administration, Washington D.C. Coordinator Lori Adams, and owner of Bennett Student Travel, Doug Bennett will provide a detailed overview of the trip and answer any questions.
