Cawley Middle School is a member of the Tri-County Middle School Athletic League. Cawley Middle School offers the following sports in the following seasons:
- Fall – Field Hockey, Cross Country, Girls Soccer, Boys Soccer
- Winter – Boys Basketball, Girls, Basketball, Cheer, Co-Ed Volleyball
- Spring – Baseball, Softball, Track and Field, Boys Lacrosse, Girls Lacrosse, Golf
In order to try out and/or participate, each student must have on file with the school nurse a current sports physical certifying that the student is eligible to participate in athletics. Likewise, this physical is required upon entrance into grade six.
