Volunteer Guidelines

• All volunteers need to complete a volunteer form, located in the front office.
• Please sign in/sign out using the Green Visitor Sign-In sheet in the office.
• A visitor ID badge is available in the office. Please wear it each time you are in the building and return it when you leave.
• Ethics and Confidentiality: A volunteer’s work is confidential. Students and families should not be discussed, except as appropriate with school personnel. Please feel free to address any concerns or questions with the teacher or the principal.
• If you are unable to serve on your scheduled day, please call one of our secretaries, so that the teacher can be informed.

We respectfully request that volunteers refrain from bringing young children with them when volunteering during school hours.
