Title: Contact Tracing Update
November 15, 2020
Dear Parents/Guardians,
I have submitted contact tracing information to the New Hampshire Department of Health and
Human Services so they can complete their contact tracing process and notify close
contacts. I have requested that NH DHHS notify me once they have completed their contact
tracing and notifications. They are at this time unable to provide a specific timeframe for
completion.
We understand the challenge of waiting and not knowing, so I have alerted the individuals
who were in close contact with the confirmed case. Students will be allowed to return to
school in person tomorrow, November 16, 2020, with the exception of specific individuals
who were in close contact with the confirmed case. If you were not notified, your child
was not in close contact. NH DHHS will continue to complete their contact tracing process
and reach out to the individuals who were in close contact.
Students will be allowed to return to school on Monday, November 16, 2020, with the
exception of the specific individuals who were in close contact with the confirmed
case. Again, I have alerted those individuals.
We appreciate your patience and flexibility during this time. If you have any further questions,
please contact me at (603) 518 – 5047 ext. 5003.
Sincerely,
Matthew Benson
Principal
