At 10:24 am today the fire alarm was activated at Cawley Middle School.  There was no fire and students were not in any danger in the building at anytime.  911 was called immediately and the Hooksett Fire Department and School Resource Officer responded in a timely manner.

Students and staff exited the building safely.  Students and staff were all accounted for and were outside for 15 minutes.  During the time outside, students were offered and provided “Foil Mylar Rescue Blankets” to stay warm.

The Hooksett Fire Department determined the building safe for students and staff to renter and continue the normal school day.
