October is recognized nation-wide as National Bullying Prevention Month to raise awareness about bullying and how all of us can make a difference.

On Monday, October 7, students and adults throughout the world will be wearing blue to show their support for “World Day of Bullying Prevention.” Cawley students and staff are asked to wear blue on Monday, October 7 to participate in this world-wide event.

The following week, the students will receive bookmarks in homeroom with the theme “Together We Can Help Create a World Without Bullying”. Students will be making announcements throughout the month to remind the Cawley Community all about ways to prevent bullying and unkind behaviors.
