On Wednesday evening, September 12, 2018 from 6:30-7:30 PM, sixth grade parents are invited to come attend a health lesson review regarding adolescent changes. The topics of puberty and hygiene complete the sixth grade Body Systems Unit. Included in this presentation will be the viewing of the DVD Straight Talk About Puberty for Boys and Girls. These videos will be viewed in separate health classes, one session for boys and another session for girls. The lessons will be presented by health teacher Marie Lander. Viewing the DVD in separate groups will give students the opportunity to learn important information in a way that is sensitive to their privacy needs.

The preview will be held in Media Center at David R. Cawley Middle School starting promptly at 6:30 PM. The program will run approximately one hour.
